Miso Chicken

- 1 Get Noodles Broth and Ramen Pack
- 2-4 boneless, skinless, chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 colves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- dash sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Prepare Miso Marinade: In a bowl, mix together the miso packet and mushroom powder packet from Get Noodles – Broth & Ramen Pack, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, butter, and sesame oil together. Rinse and season chicken with salt and pepper. Massage the chicken with this miso mixture until well coated. Allow it to marinate for at-least 10 – 15 minutes to let the flavors incorporate.
Preheat and Cook Chicken: Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat and lightly coat the pan with oil. Add the marinated chicken to the grill or skillet and cook for 5 to7 minutes on each side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Rest and Garnish: Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the rested chicken and place on plate.
Garnish:. Garnish with chives and parsley from Get Noodles – Broth & Ramen Pack.
