Egg Noodles with Miso Broth

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 Get Noodles Broth and Ramen Pack
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups water
  • Optional: Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Boil Egg Noodles: Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Prepare Get Noodles Broth: In a pot, combine 2 cups of water with all the contents of the Get Noodles -Broth and Ramen Pack except the miso packet (dried chives, parsley, mushroom seasoned salt, dried ginger slices). Stir well.
  • Simmer Broth: Bring the broth to a light boil over medium heat. Allow it to simmer for about 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld, cut the heat and stir in the miso packet.
  • Cook Noodles in Broth: Add the cooked egg noodles to the warm broth. Let them soak in the flavors for an additional minute or two.
  • Add Oil: Stir in 1 tablespoon of neutral oil for added richness and flavor.
  • Garnish and Serve: Garnish the noodle dish with sliced green onions for a fresh touch.
  • ServeWarm: Remove ginger pieces and ladle thenoodles and broth into bowls. Ensure each serving has a good mix of noodles andflavorful broth.
