Ingredients
  

  • 1 Spice Delights Chai Spice Pack
  • 1 tbsp cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp tablespoon walnuts
  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • cheesecloth

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Chai Infusion: Wrap everything in the Spiced Delights - Chai Spice Pack except for 1 cinnamon stick, in a thin layer of cheesecloth and tie closed for easy removal.
  • Seep: In a saucepan, combine the chai spice bundle with 2 1/2 cups of milk, and  sugar. Heat the mixture over a very low heat for about 10-15 minutes, being careful not to bring it to a boil to prevent curdling.
  • Cook Oatmeal: After a few minutes of infusing the chai bundle into the milk and can see the milk has turned slightly darker in color, remove chai bundle, add 1 cup of rolled oats and cook until oats are soft or they have reached your desired consistency.
  • Toppings: Top with ground cinnamon, walnuts, and honey. Add honey to desired taste and garnish with remaining cinnamon stick.
