Ingredients
  

  • 1 Get Noodles Broth and Ramen Pack
  • 3 cups cooked rice (jasmine or basmati works best)
  • 3 ½ tbsp chili oil Hot Fusion – Chili Oil Spice Pack
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 ½ tbsp (seasoned) rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped yellow onions
  • veggies of choice (e.g., peas, carrots, mushrooms, green onions)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
  • oil for cooking
  • soy sauce to taste
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Rice: Rinse and cook the rice according to the package instructions to get the equivalent of 3 cups of cooked rice.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, mix the miso packet and chives and parsley mix in the Get Noodles – Broth & Ramen Pack together with soy sauce, chili oil, rice vinegar, and sugar.
  • Sauté Veggies: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and coat with oil. Add the chopped veggies, and let cook down a bit, then add minced garlic, and ginger slices to the skillet.
  • Add Rice and Miso Mixture: Once the veggies are cooked down, add the cooked rice to the skillet and pour the miso mixture on top of the rice. Mix through until fully incorporated into the rice.
  • Cook Eggs: Make a hole in the middle of the rice and crack the eggs into it and let the eggs cook for about a minute until lightly formed, scramble mix them throughout the rice. Add the mushroom seasoning packet and cook for a few more minutes.
  • Finish: Turn off the heat and add chopped cilantro to the rice. Mix it through.
